We had a chronic leak in an office addition we have probably spent close to $4000 bucks trying to get the roof fixed three different firm tried and failed. Steve came out took one look and fixed the problem that day in less than three hours. Just had a horrendous rain storm come through from the west, no leaks ya!!!!! Steve obviously knows the roof business and all the tricks to fix weird problems like we had with our belligerent office roof. The bonus is he was fast on time and a great person to work with. The advertiserment we saw for Roof Doctor was exactly what we got, "Been through 5 other roofers and still have a leak?" That's exactly what we did. $200 for new tiles, $150 for sealant from another guy, and then another guy....we then got Roof Doctor out and the actual problem was found and fixed. The guy knows his stuff and we had him inspect our new home we purchased just to get his expert thoughts on it. Worth every penny if you value not having water come into your house! If you get another roofer offering you a cheap fix....be weary because we wasetd hundereds of dollars on cheap fixes that did nothing....wasn't until we got Roof Doctor out that our problem went away.
